HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE REPRESENT PRESTIGE?
As soon as you’ve registered an account, you are enrolled into FallenFront Loyalty. By creating an account you are also opting into our email database & will be gifted 50 street credits to begin with.
WHAT ARE STREET CREDITS AND WHAT CAN I GET FOR THEM?
You can use credits as virtual currency to redeem unique discounts towards your orders. Accumulating points allows you to take higher discounts and unlock greater rewards.
HOW DO I RECIEVE EXTRA CREDITS?
Go-to your account dashboard and scroll to the 'Earn Extra' section. Complete the objectives and points will automatically be added to your account.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY DISCOUNT CODE?
Each time you make a purchase at FallenFront visit the Loyalty Programme dashboard, make sure you're logged in and scroll to the Redeem Points section. You can choose your discount here which will give you a unique code to use on the checkout page.
CAN I CANCEL MY REWARDS IF I DECIDE NOT USE OR REDEEM ACCIDENTALLY?
Active rewards expire if not redeemed and the credits are returned to your balance. Please note this can take up to 12 hours to process.
WHERE CAN I CHECK MY CREDITS BALANCE?
Simply log into your account and your current credit balance will be displayed on your profile dashboard.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
No, your credits will stay in your account for as long as you don't spend em!
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I THINK THERE IS AN ERROR IN MY POINT BALANCE?
