Introducing the New Balance BB550WTG, BB550WTN & BB550WTO

The next delivery from New Balance features the BB550WTG alongside BB550WTO & BB550WTN, with some calling it the LA Lakers pack. These are the newest of many unique styles from the now famous and ever iconic New Balance sneaker line.

On June 9th, New Balance is be releasing a brand new colorway of their signature 550 silhouette. The grey and white BB550WTG is set to takeover. The shoe is fully equipped all your favourite 550 features including the soft leather upper and comfortable outsole.

The grey and white colourway has been done before, but this iteration takes a darker tone and provides a timeless, classic look. In addition to its great look, this sneaker offers excellent comfort as well as performance thanks to its lightweight construction.

The 550 range is hot on the heels of Lil Nas X’s custom purple pair, as well as Jack Harlow’s recent collab and partnership with the brand, setting the tone for streetwear enthusiasts and bringing the brand into rap and hip-hop culture.

The 550 is a classic New Balance silhouette that originated in the 80s which has been reimagined with a modern look and feel thanks to its clean style and fresh design. A clean midsole keeps this sneaker versatile enough to wear with anything in your streetwear wardrobe. The BB550WTG brings a colour palette with simple style, ready to wear with anything in your streetwear wardrobe. The clean and simple upper is constructed from white and grey nubuck materials, while the midsole and outsole are a grey mix. The shoe also features an embroidered NB logo on the heel, as well as subtle detailing on the medial side of the upper.

The BB550WTN & BB550WTO are a duo of fresh colour ways, which come in a LA Lakers-inspired palette. The BB550WTO comes with a white body, accented with hits of yellow and gold whilst showing thin details of purple on the treading. The second, complete reverse, the BB550WTN keeps the white body, but allows the purple/blue colour way to do most the talking. This lineup has done the rounds in the sneaker space for obvious reasons and is expected to be a fast sell out.
