30 Day Returns & Exchanges

We aim to make shopping hassle free with our easy returns policy. We accept returns for most purchases made online as long as you meet these criteria:

  • Your item was not bought on sale or at a discounted price
  • Product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Product is in new and unworn condition, 100% sellable with original swing tags & bags.

We have a strict NO REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE policy on sale items. 

*Except cases of faulty product/ received wrong size of item ordered.

In the event of a sale item being returned against our guidelines, the customer will be invoiced with a shipping fee to receive item back.


Items purchased in store can be exchanged or returned for store credit. We do not offer refunds for in store purchases.

Refunded items due to change of mind/size will be paid out minus the cost of shipping and handling.

Items that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted as a return.
