Returns & Exchanges
We aim to make shopping hassle free with our easy returns policy. We accept returns for most purchases made online as long as you meet these criteria:
- Your item was not bought on sale or at a discounted price
- Product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Product is in new and unworn condition, 100% sellable with original swing tags & bags.
Sale items may be returned for store credit or exchanged for another product.
If your purchase is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please email us at hello@fallenfront.co.nz
Items that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted as a return.
