Patagonia Baggies Shorts will have you summer ready...

Baggies Season, oops I mean Summer...

FallenFront are excited to have our number one selling pair of shorts back in stock. The Patagonia Baggies are back and fully stocked in a range of colours, prints and all in time for summer adventures.

Let us kick this off with a short and important note about the history of the Baggies. Patagonia founder Yvon Chouinard conceived them in 1982 because he wanted shorts with built in mesh pockets that were deep enough to fit two tennis balls. They had to be durable enough to survive rough outdoor activities like climbing and hiking. Basically, they are designed for people who live the active outdoors life. Pretty sure this classes everyone in a kiwi Summer.

Patagonia Baggies Shorts at Fallen Front NZ

Patagonia Baggies Black

Dubbed the all-time summer shorts which can take you from full beach days through to the evening BBQ. Their nylon fabric makes them close to spill proof... Don't freak when you inevitably spill that Wattie’s T sauce down the leg. Baggies are constructed with activities in mind, featuring deep pockets which will keep your phone and keys safe and secure. Say no to phones flying out while you smash a six in the backyard cricket test. The rear pocket also comes equipped with a snap button which means no I.D's or credit cards are lost on some of those larger than usual nights…

Patagonia baggies are great for swimming and anything else life can throw at them. The built-in mesh liner makes these ridiculously comfortable, allowing everything down below to breath but also hold together nicely. So good, you can totally free ball in these bad boys.

How long are baggies? Coming in two different lengths, the 5 inch or a 7 inch, giving you the choice of style. Fallen Front stock both lengths in a variety of colours and prints, including the most popular colour Black.

Constructed from 100% recycled nylon with a custom durable water repellent finish to provide that quick dry technology. Oh, and the best part is they are Fair Trade Certified sewn, meaning the lovely people who made them earned a premium for their labour. How much more could you want from a pair of shorts?
