Standard shipping time of 1-2 business days. Rural addresses can sometimes take 3-4 days to ship to.

All orders are shipped from our Newmarket HQ. No messing around moving stock between locations. Every order goes straight from our door to yours.

Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next day. All orders will be processed by 1pm the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

All orders within NZ are processed with NZ Post express shipping. You will be emailed your tracking details as soon as it has been dispatched from the HQ.

We aim to make shopping hassle free with easy, no questions asked, 30 day returns. We accept returns for most purchases made online as long as you meet these criteria:

• Your item was not bought on sale or at a discounted price. Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
• Product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Product is in new and unworn condition, 100% sellable with original swing tags & bags.
• Orders that are fully returned will incur a $10 shipping & processing fee.

All defective products are eligible for return & replacement, regardless of above conditions.

Items that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted as a return.
