The WIP (Work in Progress) division of Carhartt was founded by Edwin Faeh, the first exclusive European distributor of Carhartt goods, in 1994 . He later obtained the rights to manufacture Carhartt products outside of the USA, and the initial Carhartt WIP collection was born - maintaining the quality and hard wearing nature of the brand, but adding a fashion forward, European sense of style!
