If there is an item you are wanting which is sold out, there is a potential we could be re-stocking it in the future. Please email us here and we will let you know whether it's your lucky day or you have missed the boat.

All orders from New Zealand placed by 12pm will be sent out and received next day (courier dependant). Overnight express shipping... nothing short of amazing.

Of course! Come meet the crew. We are located in Penrose, Auckland and will notify you once your order is ready for pick up. Pick up times are from 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday.

Sometimes orders are marked delivered when they have only just made it onto the post mans truck. Give it a few business days, check around the house and ask your neighbours if they have accidentally STOLEN it... if your order has not arrived 3 business days later contact your local post office. If they assure you it was delivered, send us an email here and we will chew through the havoc as a team.
