This 30-liter pack features a PFC-free DWR finish to resist light moisture, and is made from 100% recycled polyester fabric with the exception of the side pockets, which are a blend of 84% recycled nylon and 16% spandex. It also includes a removable padded sleeve for laptops up to 15", a hydration hanger, and a breathable back panel, making it suitable for both daily commutes and outdoor adventures. The largest main compartment in the Refugio lineup, a dedicated Desk Caddy compartment, and multiple external pockets make it easy to keep your day organized and always have essential items within reach. Other convenient features include a bike-light clipping point and a Fair Trade Certified™ factory production, providing support for the workers who made this product.

All orders are shipped from our Newmarket HQ. No messing around moving stock between locations. Every order goes straight from our door to yours.
Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next day. All orders will be processed by 1pm the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
All orders within NZ are processed with NZ Post express shipping. You will be emailed your tracking details as soon as it has been dispatched from the HQ.
We aim to make shopping hassle free with easy, no questions asked, 30 day returns. We accept returns for most purchases made online as long as you meet these criteria:
- Your item was not bought on sale or at a discounted price. Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- Product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Product is in new and unworn condition, 100% sellable with original swing tags & bags.
- Orders that are fully returned will incur a $10 shipping & processing fee.
All defective products are eligible for return & replacement, regardless of above conditions.
